Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Astekbit Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. website at astekbit.com. They are a starting template and should be reviewed by legal counsel. They do not govern paid engagements, which are covered by a separate signed agreement (MSA / SOW).

Use of the site

The site and its content are provided for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to infringe rights or applicable law.

Intellectual property

All text, design, graphics and code on this site are owned by or licensed to Astekbit Technologies and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The Astekbit name and logo are our marks. Third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Client work & IP ownership

For engaged projects, deliverables and the intellectual property in bespoke work product are assigned to the client on full payment, as set out in the relevant statement of work. Pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain ours and are licensed to the client for use in the deliverables.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astekbit Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution terms in a signed engagement agreement.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
